we aim for you to have a fun-filled but safe day out.
With this in mind we have some rules to follow that are listed below.
- All children must be supervised by a responsible carer at all times
- No smoking and no chewing gum on the premises
- All children must be booked in and out of the premises by an adult
- Only food that has been purchased at The Happy Castle may be
consumed on the premises
- Food (including crisps, sweets, chewing gum) and drinks not
allowed on play equipment
- Shoes must not be worn on the soft play equipment
- No jewellery should be worn whilst playing on the equipment
- Children should comply with the age restrictions specified for each zone
- Please do not leave children unattended in the Toddlers Play Area at any
time. No child over the age of 4 is allowed to play in the Toddlers Play Area
- The main play structure is recommended for children aged 4 and over.
Parents of younger children may allow their children to use this play structure,
but do so at their own risk
- No child over the age of twelve is allowed to play on any equipment
- Appropriate clothing must be worn, ideally legs and arms should be
covered and socks worn at all times
- All injuries must be reported to a member of staff immediately
- Children who are unwell should not use the facilities or leave
immediately on becoming unwell
- Children who wear glasses should, where possible, remove them whilst
playing, otherwise take particular care
- The Happy Castle does not accept any liability for any loss or damage
of clothing or personal items of any person using the premises
- Management reserve the right to refuse admission
- Refunds are not granted if sessions are cut short
- Destructive or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and children
displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave
